Most information on the website www.thatsip.be is available without the need to provide personal details. Only when applying for a login for the teachers manual and with the aim of conducting a satisfaction survey on the working of ThatsIP, personal data will be requested. The data you submit will be treated by the Federal Public Service Economy, SMEs, Self-employed and Energy (hereafter: FPS Economy), acting as the responsible for data controlling, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your personal privacy is of great importance to the FPS Economy.
Therefore the following assurances with regard to your privacy are foreseen by the FPS Economy:

• Your personal data is solely collected and required in order to send you the requested information, to provide you with the service you requested online or with the aim of conducting a satisfaction survey on the working of ThatsIP.
• The categories of processed personal data are the following: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, training institution and type of training provided (domain). The processing of your personal data is limited to the intended purpose.
• Your details may be shared with the other partners of ThatsIP Belgium (BOIP, SPW Economie Emploi Recherche, Innoviris, SOWALFIN and VLAIO) exclusively to enable them to conduct a satisfaction survey on the running of ThatsIP. In this case, the FPS Economy will ensure that the partner that received the data destroys them after the surveys have been sent. Your details will not be disclosed to any other third party.
• You can demand access to your personal details at any time and check the accuracy of the information.
• Your data will not be preserved any longer than necessary to achieve the intended purpose.
